Jungle Zip-lining and Cave/River Tubing

After a traditional Bilizean Lunch at the Cacao Farm, we traveled up the road for about an hour and a half for zip-lining through the jungle. Drs. Noel Lehner and Kim Jones with husband Scott took to the tree tops for the zip-lining.

“Thrill of a lifetime!”, says Dr. Lehner.

Cacao Farm and Making Chocolate

We left Umaya Resort in Placencia to head back toward Belize City and get closer to the airport. Today, Tuesday, is our last real day.  Wednesday is a travel day. We made the most of our day!

Tuesday morning was all about organic Mayan chocolate making from beginning fruit on the tree to the finished delicious dark chocolate.
